Custom-Made Products

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, all custom orders are generally final sale once production has started.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect information supplied by customers, or dissatisfaction with customization choices approved by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

We will review your concern and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, correction, or refund, as applicable.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

Customer-Supplied Photos and Designs

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality photos, correct spelling, and accurate customization details.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on production requirements and carrier delays.
